Fram Exploration was incorporated in Trondheim,
Norway in November, 2007 by a group of oil and gas professionals with
significant worldwide industry experience in the disciplines of geology,
geophysics, reservoir modeling, petroleum engineering, operations management,
drilling and completion. Using sophisticated analytical and modeling tools to
locate commercial oil and gas reserves others have overlooked, the Company has
focused, from a geoscience perspective, on assets that are undervalued or
under-evaluated, in regions with stable political regimes and attractive fiscal
terms.
With registered offices in
Trondheim, executive offices in Houston, and regional offices in Colorado and
Trinidad, Fram is an international oil and gas exploration and production
company with assets onshore in the
US and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and is actively reviewing
additional opportunities in other locales.
